Energy Rated Window System Launch

Highseal have always tried to keep ahead of new industry developments. Our new line of Energy efficient windows meets a rating standard of C, (A is on its way!) and comes with a host of design features that meet the demands of the trade on all levels. With the demands of the commercial sector and the need for architects and builders to meet a BFRC rated product the customer requirement for windows of this specification have risen dramatically. With the introduction of HIP packs in the public sector the consumer is now required to provide energy ratings for home sales which also increase the demand. Building properties with energy rated windows is an essential step in addressing the future demands of our customers.

Superior manufacturing
From our Scunthorpe base, we are proud to boast of 110 committed employees producing over 30,000 pvc-u products, sixty thousand glass units and hundreds of conservatory roofs per year.
All achieved from our 60,000 sq ft of factory and office space.

Production experience
Through a policy of ongoing financial commitment, in-house development has seen the continued manufacturing of pvc-u windows, doors and patios enhanced in 1997 with the introduction of a sealed unit manufacturing line.

Continual development
In 1998 the Company was further bolstered with the introduction of a conservatory roof fabrication facility. 2005 has seen the development of an exciting range of niche products including natural stone window cills and floor tiles along with coloured profiles. In addition, we will be adding to our accreditation with PAS 23 & 24 along with “Secure by Design.”

Priory Stone Posts & Gutters
Manufactured from solid PVCu, coated with a unique paint finish to give the appearance of cast stone. Available as 135º or 90º corner posts or as an intermediate pillar for use between two frames, the posts combine with a purpose designed shroud to conceal all fittings and seals behind a stone-effect gutter.

The e-Koni Range of Conservatories
As per our standard bespoke range, e-Koni is manufactured
using 70 mm Spectus profile. However, as opposed to "Elite"
e-Koni will be bevel featured with slim sightlines. It will be
supplied complete with cill, poles, roof and 28mm glass
(with toughened to all but small top lights). For Victorian &
Edwardian styles, roof glazing is available in a choice of
25mm Opal, Bronze or "Heatguard" polycarbonate options.
The roof pitch is set at 25 degrees. Lean-to roofs are available
in 35mm polycarbonate in the same options, the roof pitch is set at 2.5 degrees.
